Georgetown Hockey Heritage Council Dinner

 

Brought to you by the Georgetown Hockey Heritage Council in conjunction with the Kinsmen Club of Georgetown

 

The Dinner, attended by 350 guests, honours the recipient of The Hockey Heritage Award, The Honouree is chosen for his or her outstanding contribution to Hockey Heritage in Georgetown.

 

The evening has been fortunate to have had these fine people as the MASTER OF CEREMONIES and “HOSTS” on different occasions, Ron MacLean, Bryan Lewis, Brian McFarlane, Bill McKeown, Trevor Moores and Jim Ralph

 

THE HOCKEY HERITAGE KINSMEN AUCTION this exciting component of the evening was added in 1994. The proceeds of our auction are donated to Cystic Fibrosis and other charities, Many unique hockey related have been auctioned by celebrity auctioneers that have included, Ron MacLean, Jim Ralph, Bryan Lewis, Ron Lefebrve, Bill McKeown, Brian McFarlane & Doug Donaldson. Since 1994, we have forwarded over $42,509 to support various charities. In 2003 we added a ROSE CHERRY FOUNDATION component to our auction. Since that time we have contributed over $5,090. to that worthy charity.
